Can't Play Native Birds

The game wont allow me to place the Native Seabirds. They don't have any requirement other that 5 strength. I am playing the sponsor from the 5 Strength spot and since it is upgrade, it is actually a 6. I am playing from the market, but I have reputation beyond the card position. It is in position 3, but I have 32 money, so I should be able to pay for it.

What am I missing?

Those cards are max 25 appeal. I assume you have too much.

He is right. In solo it is max. 45 though but you were at 63 already.
