Lost 18 Elo, but don't know why

Games history says I haven't lost a game. I am in an unfinished arena game and the numbers could fit, if the game was recorded as a loss. I also got notified that I lost Arena points. Standings are 16-22 favoring my opponent. Is this supposed to happen?

IF you tie someone with a lower ELO or arena points than you, you lose points. Happened to me at the end of last season.

If a turn based game isn't finished by season's end then the person who has used the most time will be treated as if they have lost. Game result is neutralised for everyone else, and game carries on as a friendly game - with no further elo or arena points won/lost

I didnt know, but the game state says, my opponent used more time and it felt like that anyway, as I was eager to finish the game.

You're the second person I've seen say that on the forums - maybe it's a bug and penalising the wrong player!
