I mean, you can spend time worrying about it, or you can go on with your life and accept the inevitable win that will come when they either take their turn, or run out of time (and then, feel free to boot them). No set of rules will stop jerky people from being jerks. Fortunately, red thumbs mean you have to endure them a little less. Meanwhile, why spend your time worrying about something entirely out of your control?
