Need help to understand the rules

Hi all!
I played my first Ark Nova game some days ago but i still don't understand the rules correctly. I find there are too many things and it confuses me.
As there is no tutorial here, as i can't download the rules in PDF because my computer doesn't load it correctly when i open it,
can someone find me something where i can read the rules?
As language i prefer French but English will be fine

Searching Ark Nova regles I find a site called Carnet des geekeries which seems to have a French rules explanation in HTML. I don't endorse the site and I haven't checked in detail whether the explanation is complete.
