After being asked this question, I am loosing all games.
I played different games, and the same.
I make new account and the same.
I see the ranking in arena games, only paying members.

Can normal members not win?

and I do not like the sarcasm "player X is leaving" the table, they kick you out !

ban , ban , you can not talk , what has time ban with talking in the game to do ? I can understand bad behaviour in game talk or here is banned with not talking .....
