Stop Penalizing for Disconnects

Seriously, the impatience of people and the rudeness of getting kicked out of a game is punishment enough. Playing on a phone or a tablet is challenging when BGA is buggy with card choices as in Ark Nova or games like it... But when you run out of time and some rude person decides to kick you out (seems to only happen when they are behind in score... Heh) then why the deep gouge in reputation? Fix your games please, and lessen the penalty for time outs. It is unfair that people are using this as a cheat to win simply because the interface is buggy... I am cancelling my premium account because it is just getting too punitive.

Hi @chasingsuan! I'm sorry of your situation with your disconnections, maybe you should try turn-based game so that disconnections won't happen!

Ark Nova is not buggy with card choices, and has undergone an extreme amount of testing.

If there were no punishment for disconnects, all players who are losing could simply leave, cancelling hours of gameplay to avoid a loss.
