Where can I find submitted reports?

Hello,

I could not find the answer for my question using forum search button and using google.

I have reported players in the past, and forgot the time, date, player name, etc. I did not get any notifications that they were banned/lost reputation/received a warning, etc.

Where can I find submitted reports?

How can I know that players who insulted me received a warning?

Afaik you don't get any feedback of your reports...
