BGA application malfunction

Since yesterday I've been experiencing android phone app malfunction - all the buttons seem to not respond correctly when tapped. When I tap Join button, the screen freezes and sometimes it starts responding after 20+ secs or not at all. The same happens with Accept button. It happens also when I uninstall the app and try to play on the BGA website. Is there anyone having the same problems? All worked good till yesterday. Any ideas what happened?

Been happening to me for last 2 days. Cant play. Cant join without 20-30 second delays. Tried a game got timed out . I hope they fix soon. Exactly as you described.

Same here. Also since yesterday. I even got a time-out penalty for a game I didn't even know I joined.

Yep, I'm using the website and same thing. Click join arena game and nothing happens for 15 seconds or so, and then only finally does it show is searching for a game. I've been put at a table before it even shows I'm looking for one yet as well.

I am experiencing the same. I thought initially it was my phone but I am glad I am not alone.

For anyone having a problem, please be sure to report your operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android) and your web browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.), with the browser version if possible.

If something changed and it's affecting a subset of users, it may be hard to identify without this data.

I have Android like the person who posted this
2/3 of Android users is using Chrome and 1/4 of them Safari. I am sure this is something that could be taken into account for testing and replicating the issue.

I also experience very weird behaviours with games and randomisation. More than usual

For me it is on the Android app, combined with chrome too.

Also same problem on Android tablets. I tried 2 and screen freezing and buttons unresponsive on main join game screen. Once I get in a game it seems to work pretty much as normal. IOS version tried and appears more responsive.

Same here, Android 11 + Chrome 122. Tried also to delete website data, the issue remains.
