Ban Same IP Address Option

I think BGA should add an option when setting up tables to ban players from the same IP address. It would be easier to not allow same IP address players to join than to have to boot each one. I've had players argue with me when I've done this and we can avoid the conflict altogether if BGA would allow the table admin to not let them join in the first place. This is especially important for collaborative and social deduction games where having multiple people in the same location is a huge advantage and ruins the integrity of the game.
