Tournament Filter

I think a tournament filter for eligibility would be extremely useful, one that account for ELO ratings and minimal level permitted for the tourney. This way, I do not keep clicking on tournaments for games that I know very well, but just haven't played enough on BGA to earn the eligible ELO.
