Why is there only 4 rounds per game ?

I was hoping a setting somewhere to increase or decrease the number of rounds, because the game is sometimes too short (as far as I am concerned).

Is there a rationale why only 4 rounds can be selected ?

Because that's what the rules say. BGA generally strives not to stick to official rulesets only.

An irl game of haiclue, especially with lpys lots of players, will be orders of magnitude slower to play, too. So there less rounds makes sense.

For 9+ players games it's only 2 rounds per game. It makes sense irl but on BGA with turbo mode and turn by turn mode, the rounds are fast to play so it would be nice to add the option to play more rounds.
