Innovation Arena clarification

The main general Arena announcement said no changes.. but Innovation arena this this time is indeed now JUST the base game--- this is correct? TIA :)

There are no changes on how Arena is ruled overall, but game setups can change each season by the game gurus.

Innovation has both expansions disabled for this season.
