banning Dragon's Lair in Arena

Is this something the Gurus can vote on to do? Lords is banned in the Kingdom Builder arena, so there's precedent. It dominates every game it's in.

If I'm not mistaken (so correct me if I'm wrong), the designer of Kingdom Builder admitted himself that the Lords were busted and created a "variant" without them. BGA doesn't do house rule and banning DL would fall under the house rule section.
