How Do I Remove a Player (or Stop Game) in Friendly Mode?

My opponent (bad rep to begin with - I was feeling optimistic) was crazy slow... and then disconnected and is likely not coming back. But the game started in Friendly Mode (my fault, I guess, for not noticing at the time). What are my options? Do I have any good ones?

Also: I looked and searched here on the forums and through the FAQ and stuff and found nothing on this subject to help me, which I find surprising. If i missed it, I'd like to know, thanks.

If it is friendly mode, you can just leave the game without any penalties.

Right, but if it's a multi-player game and the rest of us want to keep playing, is there an option..?

No. Quit the game and start a new one.
