When I go to start a game, it stays locked on 2 players. Is there a way to change this?

Are you trying to queue for an Arena game? If so, that's locked at 2-player, because that's what the people making the decisions for this Arena season have decided.

If you're not queueing for Arena, you should be able to play at any normal player count.
