Upgrading goods??

Upgrading goods??

I'm a little stuck. If I take the action that lets you pay a coin to upgrade any number of unique goods, I don't see how to do the upgrade. What am I missing?

Specifically: Any number of unique green goods.

There is an alternative space (also requires 1 Viking) which you can upgrade any 2 goods.
