I know we get ELO and we get trophies occasionally.
However wouldn't it be more fun and motivating if there was a simple way of rewarding the winner of each game with balloons rising or confetti or even a banner "You Won" or a combination of these things, so that it does not get too repetitive? It would add more fun and gratify the not so serious players and keep us coming back for the fun. My family meets once a week to play and I think it would be a great addition especially for the younger ones. But older people have an inner child too!
