Difference draft 7 from 8 vs 7 from 9

I have a simple question what is the difference from drafting 7 from 8 vs 7 from 9 cards.

Does this slight and minor difference change the game strategy or have an important impact?

With more cards presented there is a higher chance of finding better cards and more efficient combos. The higher the draft number, the more likely you want to play all your cards, which can make the game feel kind of oversaturated. Some people like that, other people don't.
