Timer is unreasonably short

And during the first part, when you gather initial harvest items, the timer does not increase at all between turns. This is a violation of the fact that there should be +40 seconds per turn.

I played my first game (2 players) with no time issues. It didn't seem too short to me.

There should be an option to turn the timer on or off
Reason when learning the game one needs to explain the rules and nuances
Having the timer running penalises al, the players and the instructor with ELO POINTS AND REPUTATION

Been able to TURN THE TIMER OFF WILL ALLOW NEW PLAYERS TO LEARN THE GAME LONCE TGEY COMFORTABLE THERE SHOULD BECAN OPTION TO TURN THE TIMER BACK ON AGAIN

Just play in training mode (infinite time) and there is no timer.
