Distilling spirits

Question, I have 5 alcohols, 3 plants, 1 yeast, and 1 fruit in my washback. I bought the recipe for Cachaca. Why can I only distill Vodka? Moonshine is not available either.

Cachaça requires that you have only plant sugar, no other type of sugar can be present.
Moonshine requires that there is no sugar at all present.
You have both plant and fruit sugar, and the only recipe that allows mixed sugars is vodka.
