I would love to have some Deckbuilders like "Dominion", "Thunderstone" or "Klong!" at BGA. I'm sure they will work fantastic on BGA. "Die Quacksalber von Quedlinburg" will be also a great game on BGA.
Is there a possibility to get those games adapted?

If I remember correctly, Dominion may have been one of the first games on BGA.

However it is not here anymore, so one would assume it was removed for licensing reasons.

Arctic Scavengers is a solid deckbuilder that's still around.
