Solo game - only Premium?

I'm a newbie here and wanted to verify before I paid......

Is the solo game for Terraforming Mars only for premium members? Everywhere I read says it should be free, but I'm not finding it that way.

A premium game (like Terraforming Mars) means there must be at least one premium player at the table. In a solo game there's only one player, so that player must be premium.
