Effect on basic species potection projekts above the tableau

Hi,
the effects of the breeding programm and the breeding cooperation cards actually only work on the basic species protection projects that are below the tableau. Does the effect also work on the basic species projects that you get from the rhinos?

No it doesnt. It only works for the base projects under the assoc board and not for the base projects (or any other projects) you play from hand or range.
