Playing spell without valid target

BGA lets you play spells without a valid target but the comprehensive rules forbids this.

Is this going to be fixed?

Nope, as explained in the bug report you made, GDs specifically told us this was correct and that they are rewriting rules to reflect this

however lock has been fixed. If you don't have valid target (due to tough) game will continue :)
