Does taking a turn remove your extra time from a Holiday Joker?

As per the title.

If I take a move during a Holiday joker, will my extra time be removed, because BGA thinks I've "returned from my vacation"?

No, but as long as you are above the usual time bank, making a move does not add time to your clock either.
