No change in new arena season for a year?

I'm just asking because I'm not sure I'm reading it correctly, the last time the option for a Troyes new season (a new season occurs every 3 months, correct?) was... a year ago? So mods (or whoever does that) don't even care to do that once every 3 months? I understood the story about an old game, the code that it's hard to change in order to implement the undo button, I read about the guy that solved 5 bugs or so and sent 5 mails and opened 3 tickets without a single reply/sign of life from bga (my brain is having problems comprehending such a thing, after all people are trying to help you and you're benefiting directly from that, in a monetary way also) but not even changing (it's the simplest thing possible I guess, like the switch of a button, I could be wrong, feel free to contradict me - however I don't think that will happen given the lack of communication on this old (and wonderful at the same time) game) the option so people that fancy 1vs1 games can enjoy it? I'm at a lack for words...
