Watching a game in progress - filtering by ELO rating

Hi, sorry if this has been written about elsewhere but I couldn't find anything.

In the past I used to watch a lot of games in progress, and usually would go for games where the players both had high ELO rankings - a better way to learn the game, and more enjoyable to watch usually. With the current system there doesn't seem to be a way to filter according to ELO ranking: you just see a list of tables, and names of players. You then have to hunt around for quite a while sometimes to find a high-level game and it's quite frustrating. Is there something I'm missing? Can I still filter in that way?

Why do you have to watch a game in progress? Why not just go into the games history of a highly-rated player (you can find the rankings in a game's lobby) and watch a game replay against another highly-rated player?
