If you wish to create an existing game on this platform, you're welcome to do so. Follow the information from the official docs: https://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/Studio.

If you're asking whether you can create your own, new game here, I am not sure. It's probably not forbidden, but please clarify if that is what you wish to accomplish, then someone else will provide more info.

I've been here for about 30 days (so I'm fairly new here), and while I believe it's possible, the documentation strongly discourages it.

[...] you're a game designer and you think you can play test a game on BGA platform, it's not a right place, players here like known games. Digital adaptations are very expensive (or time consuming) it won't be worth the effort.

Also have into account that:

The code you wrote will remain with BGA and they can do whatever they want with it (but you can also do whatever you want with your own copy)

So you're basically giving your game/ideas for free to the platform (make sure you're in peace with that).

Edit: also since you're mentioning that you are french, have into account that you will need to submit your code (programming code and text of all elements of your game) in English (it is stated several times in the docs).
