Unable to reset initial corp and card selection

In a recent game I picked too many cards according to available cash and got a warning message. I tried to reset corp and card selection but was unable to confirm my new pick. Refreshing browser didn't work. While fumbling around I ran out of time and other players expelled me (please send a text before expelling - there could be a good reason. I always ask opponent if they are still around) and lost all sort of Karma and points. I have submitted a bug report of course. Curious if this is a known issue. I imagine the scenario could happen quite often with Phoblog/Ecoline and negative cash prelude cards and inexperienced players.

I recently had a similar experience when I tried to choose Phobolog while drafting too many cards. I ended up having to choose the other corp to be able to continue the game.
