Show total number of players for Ranking (for both ELO and Arena)

Ranking (for both ELO and Arena) currently doesn't show the total number of players being ranked. For example if I am ranked in 200th place, I don't know if that's 200th out of 250 players (a lower ranking) or 200th out of 10,000 players (a much higher ranking in comparison). Displaying the rank as "200th out of 10,000 players" would provide much more meaning to the rank.

BGA should award gift points to people who actually read the stickies, especially the ones that say "read this first," and then actually do what the sticky says.

Good idea, i upvote. Total number should include players that have some minimum games played (10 games?).
