A new noble?

A new noble?

I just played a game that had a noble available that I've never seen before and isn't in the standard game pack--it required 3 blacks, 3 greens, and 3 blues. What to make of this?

This noble came from the expansion The Silk Road that was release today on BGA ;)
As it doesn’t impact gameplay we decided to add it here wether you are using the expansion or not.
