What happens when we report a player?

Hello,

I've been a premium player on your site for quite some time. Today, I'm back after 7 months and I'm insulted from the very first game because I don't play like the pro gamers of the queen of spades, game *.

I'd like to know if it's possible for a person who reports someone to be warned by the moderation team of the action taken against that player. Not knowing the outcome of a report makes you think that nothing is happening and that it's useless, which is frustrating and even demoralizing.

Reports on the forum suggest that you don't get direct feedback. But the same conversations suggest BGA takes personnel insults very seriously and does act on reports. But you are asking the wrong people, this is just other players.

Important, you are definitely in violation of rules that BGA takes seriously because you have put the game number, thus calling out the people specifically. This is not allowed on the forums, and it can result in moderation. Delete if yourself before the mods get here.
