Accidentally left the group I just created

Hi there,
Couldn't find where to properly post this question but I just created a group and made a typo in the name. I left the group but all I wanted to do was fix the name. It's an invite-only group so I can't join it again.
Are empty groups removed automatically on some schedule so I just have to wait?
Where do I go for admin support?
