Help needed to revolve a bug (USSR > 15 Factories)

Dear players, I need your help. I am facing a very vicious bug that allows the USSR to have 16 factories (the maximum being 9 + 6 disputed areas = 15). I therefore ask you to check on your current games if the account is good for the USSR and to report to me any malfunction. In addition, when using a Ceded Area marker or conquering Finland or Romania or taking possession of a factory in a Disputed Area, could you create a backup copy of your game to send it to me if you notice a malfunction (delete it if all is running fine).
