Friendly / ELO off tournament?

I'd like to create a 2 vs. 2 tournament for Innovation. I don't see many people playing this mode and I think many might be too concerned about effects on their ELO to participate, so I'd like to run this first tournament in friendly mode (no effect on ELO).

Is there any way to do this? ELO off option is mentioned in the tournaments FAQ in this forum, but I can't find it in the tournament creation menu.
