Can't report bugs in bug-management system.

Hi,

I'm having problems using the bug management system.

When I click on "Report a new bug", I get the rotating BGA symbol which indicates "loading", but it is never done loading.

The original bug I wanted to report:

When I start a new game, I get the game screen, but the game doesn't start. Instead it says: "application loading." This lasts until the opponent gets bored and causes me to quit the game.

I'm using Google Chrome on Ubuntu.
