tournaments created by me getting deleted

Please can someone give some clarification as BGA help desk was unable to provide satisfactory response.


check attached "list of BGA tournaments by me"

I created six railroad tournaments starting from 4 Feb, 8 Feb, 12 Feb, 16 Feb, 20 Feb, 24 Feb India time.

I complained to BGA helpdesk with REQUEST #7022406 because the tournament of 20 Feb disappeared. check "BGA missing tournament error 1".

Seems farfetched that someone will delete the tournament however BGA staff suggested to create again so I created the tournament again.
Then the tournament of 24 Feb disappeared. check "BGA missing tournament error 2"
I complained to BGA helpdesk again with REQUEST 5768636 however BGA helpdesk has not been able to provide reply for this recurring error.

Can it be some background settings? Is there a limit for premium user like me to only create five tournaments at a time? Or really someone is deleting my tournaments?

Am I the only one that can't see the images? It just says the image and I can't see anything. Maybe this is why people usually use an imger Link?
