How many cards and mobilization?

How many cards are there per color? Also, does it gain influence on the planet that i mobilize on? Or is the benefit only reducing silver costs?

There are 18 cards in every color, you can see the list in-game if you click on show cards (or something like that, I'm not playing on english myself). I guess the discard pile get's shuffled to build a new deck if needed, but it should be very rare to burn through all cards.

Mobilizing doesn't grant influence only if you do it with the red 9 (it's explained on the card itself).

The benefit of mobilizing is reduced silver cost, but sometimes more importantly there are several strong cards to trash your own cards for influence or Zenithium.
