Implemented auto move option -- please default this to off. And explain where it can be toggled (found this after posting and it was defaulted on instead of properly off). The changes are a bit jarring. My board was suddenly a different one, the buttons were backwards (and got fixed quickly, thank you). But then my choices were all 6,8 and the game moved for me and I didn't choose to allow it.
The default should be OFF on auto-moves always, never on.

It depends. Auto move option is intended to be used extensively in turn-based, because each move can cost a day or more.
Changed the default option to the manual move mode (this was an oversight).
Also, you can find preference options by clicking '≡' icon in the upper right corner or 'Options' tab at the bottom of the screen.
You can change the board style preference there as well.
The existing board preference options were reset during the update to prevent potential bugs.

Really hate the visual update. Awful animation. So jarring. And I think the font was changed? Why did the visuals have to change. It was much better before

What do you mean by restructured game logic?

It definitely didn't.

Why did the visuals have to change. It was much better before
Because it caused persistent bugs. Check the bug list.

The previous version had some critical bugs, for example:
- Allowed token progression in closed columns
- Prevented players from stopping the turn under certain circumstances
So I had to rewrite the game code.

Have you altered the dice randomizer? I'm noticing a huge difference in how often the dice bust.
