Can a station connect in two directions of opponent’s track or just one?
I just played a game terribly and tried in desperation to use my three stations to connect four routes to try to complete an 18 point destination (to Pamplona, I believe). I don’t think it would’ve worked, but don’t know for sure because my opponent conceded before scoring.

No need to comment on my many mistakes in this game. I just want to know for the future if this use of stations works, because I am confused about the station rules.
