Often when playing random I get the sense that more balanced faction/mat combination are used. This might just be confirmation bias, but after 40+ games on here I have never really seen somthig like:
Crimea Industiral vs Saxony ENgineering and Nordic Agricultural in a 3p game.
It Just feels like the factions are picked to be fairly balanced when comparing to a tierlist like this one: https://belovedpacifist.com/tiers
It's fine to have such a mode, but didn't really feel ocmpletely random. I prefer auction anyway but still curious to know.
Unrellated: hope Stonemeier games decides that implementing the expansions is a good idea. Based on no real data but I feel like the 34,000 games played on BGA is A LOT more than have been played on the Scyhte App in the last 6 months. Let the game live, and thrive! =D
