How the heck do you bury someone?

I keep clicking bury and the body and it just jumps the UI around without ever giving me a chance to pick the location to bury in or asking me for an accomplice.

Help?!?

Finally got it. I had to refresh the page and got to a point where it would do a reasonable sequence.
