Шла игра, все было хорошо и когда я уже победил, он резко побеждает, а кол-во рокет показывает прежнее, карточка победы не была собрана (изначально показывало, что собран 1 кубик, в конце игры)

They had a card on their 12 spot that lets them instantly win if they have 3 cubes there, regardless of other victory point scores. The fulfilled those conditions, and instantly won.

I'd also suggest posting future questions about a specific game in the forum for that game, not in the general forum. I happen to know Space Base, but you'll get plenty of users who would look at this and not have any idea how the game you're asking about plays.

I admit, it's taken me by surprise on occasion. I'm playing along, about to score 40 on my next turn (or nowhere near it, but neither is anyone else) and suddenly the game ends. But I know to look for it (too bad I don't often know to look for it BEFORE it gets activated... ).
