Defender drawing cards first

Defender drawing cards first

On this site the defender draws first if they were the original attacker, but in real life and on every other app the rule has always been, that even if the defender is the original attacker they still should draw cards last. It's odd that the rules are changed here and I think it would make more sense to make the defender always draw last.

If you have suggestions, please report via BGA bug/suggestion system with enough information (e.g. rules documents).
