loosing more points then winning

how is it possible that after winning game i get 1 point in gold division but after loosing it takes 4 points? new season just started so not many differences in ranks , but it wasn't so much points before.

It all depends on the league of your opponent:
You beat someone in your same league, you win 3 points, you lose, you lose 3 points
You beat someone 2 leagues below yours, you win 3-2 = 1 point https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=656216965
You lose against someone 2 leagues below yours, you lose 3+2 = 5 points (only 4 in this case because you can't go below 0) https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=656167156
