discard opponent's cards (#5 ability)

Hey there!
I see, my own hand is always in order from low to high values. I wonder if this is the same with covered opponent's cards and if - which is left, which is right.

It matters due to card #5, when you can choose 1 to discard. Is it simply random, or can you decide to discard highest card by choosing the right (/left) most one?

No, its completely random. Just choose the card left or right and watch the next cards played. You will see that it doesnt fit with being in order.

But if opponent took back a card from the board or from the discarded cards, couldn't you track that one and pinpoint exactly that card?
