I have two questions about BGA:
1) I subscribed to my first Real Time Tournament today, but I did not get a notification when my first match started. It happened to me before, both when a regular table or arena table was ready to start. My notifications are on and test notifications do arrive. Possibly I have to remove a notification from BGA before I can receive a new one and I forgot to do this now. Is there any way I can prevent that I have to remove the previous notification before I can receive a new one from BGA? I have used notifications before on a different website, without any problems. I only use Google Chrome on a Windows Desktop to play on BGA, I don't play on BGA on my phone yet.
2) I started playing a regular game on BGA at 21:53 and the Real Time Tournament started at 22:00. In my I don't have a premium account (yet), it ended 17 minutes after the start of the Real Time Tournament. I checked once if there was a Tournament Table waiting for me while I was playing the regular game but I didn't see any other game waiting for me when I clicked on the green dots at the top right of my screen. I know I can't subscribe to two regular games at the same time. Is this the reason why I could not participate in the Real Time Tournament? Or should I as a free user still be able to participate in a Real Time Tournament and a normal game at the same time? I also have my first Turn Based Tournament running, this started at 21:00 today.

In my history I see I lost 4 karma points at 22:06 (not really important because I reputation is excellent), while the tournament page mentions 10:00 is assigned to every player.
