Arena should have an elo filter

Right now regular play has an elo filter where you can essentially set a minimum opponent elo threshold, but arena only allows you to restrict by league (notably, if you are in "elite" then the most you can filter to is just elite). An arena elo filter similar to the regular play filter would be great for all of the reasons that a regular elo filter is nice, and I do not see any meaningful drawbacks it would introduce.

How do you even change arena settings in any way? No more playing against clean 100 elo bronze sounds like an upgrade to me

You go to the play now section instead of the main game page, and restrict your game to I never want to play with player's level far from me(gear), you will never see 100 elo bronze again. The main page match making still sometimes pair you with low level players sometimes.

The point of Arena is to not depend on elo, so no, it should not have an elo filter. No one is forced to play Arena, you can just play regular games (choosing any elo, number of players or any other option you like) or tournaments.

Introduce more filters with arena rankings then, for example 1500+, 1700+, 1900+ etc.

Arena needs to have its own matchmaking based on levels. If arena has filters then arena is pointless.
