Report Players

Is there any option to ban/report players?
Or some way to block someone with under 60% rating to be able to join games.
Also another option where if a player quits the game,the rest can continue and get theyr score.

You can report or block players by giving them a red thumb. There is also a preference option to restrict the table to karmas above 50/65/75/85% if you set up the table yourself. For arena you can set it to 75% karma and above ('very restrictive' setting - you can't go higher than that setting unfortunately).
