Account deletion and creation of a new one

How could I delete my account to create a new one since I need to change name but this function isn't available in the site?

I want to delete account so I do not have useless account on your sever either.

Maybe there is another way that I do not know, in case I will thanks you in advance for your explaination or reply to this message.
